LOW FREQUENCY normally decides how customer data from this website is used and is the primary contact for orders, reservations, restaurant communications, and restaurant reviews. Giveamenu supplies and operates the website platform for the restaurant and also uses limited data for platform security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and service administration.

Data used by this website

Depending on what you choose to do, the restaurant and Giveamenu may handle contact and account details, delivery or billing address, basket and order details, reservation details, payment status, messages, review or feedback content, privacy choices, and limited security or consented usage events.

Purposes and legal bases

Data is used to show the website and menu, provide requested ordering or reservation functions, communicate about a request, process payment status, protect the service, comply with law, and, where you consent, understand limited website use or load optional presentation services. The applicable basis may be steps requested before a contract, performance of the restaurant’s contract with you, legal obligations, legitimate interests in a secure service, or consent.

Payments and service providers

Payment details may be collected directly by the payment provider selected by the restaurant. The restaurant and Giveamenu share data with service providers only where needed for hosting, communications, payments, delivery, support, security, or the function you request. Following an external map or social link takes you to that provider under its own terms.

Cookies, maps, and analytics

Necessary storage supports sessions, security, baskets, and your privacy choice. Optional preference, analytics, and marketing categories are off until selected. Storefront analytics, when accepted, omit raw IP address, user agent, and full referrer and are deleted after 400 days. Maps are click-to-load and configured fonts are served without behavioural tracking where possible.

Retention and your rights

Order, reservation, payment, and customer-service records are retained according to the restaurant’s operational and legal requirements. Giveamenu retains optional storefront usage events for up to 400 days for seasonal comparison and pseudonymous consent records for up to 400 days. Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to certain processing. You may withdraw optional consent at any time using Privacy & cookie settings.
